Our highly qualified piano teachers are all university or RCM trained and have experience teaching both children and adults.
What is the best age to start taking piano lessons?
The earliest we recommend starting private piano lessons for children is 6 years old. We recommend that students under 6 take one of our preschool piano classes. These group classes for ages 3-5 give children the foundational skills of rhythm, melody and note recognition that will give them future success in private piano lessons. Adults can get started at any age. We have had several beginner students in their 50’s and even a few in their 70’s!
